On Saturday September 24th 2016, at approximately 3:50 AM a serious two vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Hwy 5 West and Harrisburg Rd in the City of Hamilton involving a 2015 Chevy Spark and a 2003 Ford F150 pickup truck.
The 48 year old female driver of the Chevy was rushed to hospital where she remains and was last reported to police to be in critical but stable condition.
The driver and passenger of the Ford were taken to hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A 25 year old male from Hamilton has been charged with Impaired Operation causing bodily harm and Operate Motor Vehicle Over 80mgs.
He is scheduled to be before the Courts at a later date to answer to the charges.
