Mississauga – Investigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance with an investigation into a murder which claimed the life of a 23 year-old male.
On Saturday, October 22nd, 2016 at approximately 3:56am police responded to a disturbance call at 327 Queen Street South, City of Mississauga. 911 callers reported hearing possible gun shots. Upon arrival police located a male party with obvious signs of trauma. Emergency services were dispatched and made attempts to revive the victim at the scene.
Deshawn Brandon NICHOLSON, a 23 year old male from Toronto succumbed to his injuries. The cause of death is consistent with a gunshot wound.
There is no suspect information at this time.
Investigators would like to speak to witnesses who may have been in the area of 327 Queen Street South in Mississauga at the time of the murder.
