(PERTH COUNTY, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) want to make the public aware that deer gun hunting season begins on Monday December 5 and runs until December 11, 2016 in the County.
The public should be aware that they may see people in fields or along roadways handling firearms. It is mandatory that all hunters be wearing orange clothing when participating in this hunt.
Motorists should be aware that due to hunting activity, deer may be more prone to crossing highways should adjust their driving habits accordingly.
