(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 26th, 2012 at 11:20 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Russell Street, Kincardine stopped a Ford pickup truck for speeding. The truck’s speed was clocked at 58 km/h in a posted 40 km/h zone. The novice driver was charged with Speeding and Fail to have insurance card.
