Near zero visibility at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Timing: Continuing through this afternoon. Discussion: The lake effect snow is expected to taper to light flurries this afternoon. Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
