North Huron is refusing to allow Pride flags anywhere on North Huron property. There was a request for North Huron council to include the Pride flag on one of North Huron’s flag poles during Pride Month. This was a chance for this council to prove they are not as homophobic and biggotted as previous councils, and that North Huron is now an open and accepting community.

This symbolic gesture would have shown the world that North Huron has caught up to the rest of Canada. Hall of Shamer bernie bailey claimed that if the Gays were allowed a voice and equality, then the Proud Boys would be next and we would have to fly their terrorist flag too.

WFP believes the odds of the Proud Boys getting a nationally recognized “Proud Boys Month” is zero, and this was a lame strawman argument to allow Hall of Shamer bernie bailey’s hate to propagate.
