On November 17, 2014, around 5:30pm, an adult was walking in the are of Victoria Park when he was approached by a group of males who demanded his property while brandishing a knife. The victim complied and then ran away. Police responded to the area and located and arrested the suspects. Two male young offenders from Kitchener were charged with robbery with a weapon and released with a later court date. A female young offender from Kitchener was charged with robbery with a weapon and breaching conditions of her release. She was held in custody for a bail hearing. The victim was not injured.
