Ice Cream Truck Stolen

The Barrie Police Service is seeking witnesses to assist in locating a stolen ice cream truck. The vehicle had been parked at an address on Browning Trail, City of Barrie.

The vehicle was last seen by the owner on Tuesday, August 25, at 5:30 p.m., and discovered missing at 11:00 p.m. The suspect(s) had left behind a severed extension cord that had been plugged into the truck for the refrigerator.

This vehicle is very distinctive; therefore police are anticipating its whereabouts will become known sooner than later.

Vehicle decaled with: ice cream cones, sundaes, popsicles and slushies.
