(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a break-in at the Millbrook Correctional Centre yesterday just after 8:00am.
Sometime over the weekend, thieves kicked a garage door at the facility and removed numerous tools. The value of the items taken is over $1200.
Peterborough County OPP investigators are actively looking for information that may lead to a suspect or suspect(s) in this case. Police urge the public to call in tips on this case, or others, to the non-emergency line (888) 310-1122 or to crime stoppers.
