(SUDBURY, ON) – Police recovered stolen property and charged two people.
On December 10, 2024, members from the Community Street Crime (CSC) of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with the Greater Sudbury Police Service Break Enter and Robbery (BEAR) Unit, executed a search warrant at a property on Maley Drive in Sudbury.
A search of the property led to the seizure of a camper/travel trailer stolen from the West Nipissing area. As a result of the investigation, two people had been arrested.
Rachel LAROSE, 49-years-of-age and Dana REISE, 59-years-of-age, both from the City of Greater Sudbury were charged with, possession property obtained by crime under $5,000, LAROSE was additionally charged with theft over $5000.
Both accused were released and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on January 22, 2025, in Sudbury.
