Stolen Vehicle Investigation 

A 49 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested following a stolen vehicle investigation. On Wednesday March 5th 2025, officers located the individual who had been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Theft under $5,000 after being identified as one of the parties responsible in a stolen vehicle investigation that began in February. The 49 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25003621

Warrant Arrest

A 35 year old Elgin County resident has been arrested. On Wednesday March 5th 2025, STPS was notified by Aylmer Police that they had the individual in custody on the strength of an outstanding warrant with our service. The 35 year old had been charged with several offences after being identified as the person responsible in several theft and fraud investigations. Officers attended Aylmer and transported the individual to St. Thomas police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25003637

A 46 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday March 5th 2025, officers located the individual who had been charged with Assault, Obstruct Peace Officer and Theft under $5,000 in separate incidents in 2024. The 46 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25003624
