Robert Bowley, Andrew Rutledge, Cody Crocker, Gerald Legere – Child Pornography

Halton Regional Police have arrested four men in a child pornography investigation, including a teenager, thanks to new technology that lets officers identify IP addresses. The men didn’t know each other according to authorities.

The following have been charged in the Halton case:

Robert Knight Bowley, 31, of Burlington is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of making available child pornography.

Andrew Rutledge, 18, of Burlington is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of making available child pornography.

Cody Crocker, 20, of Oakville is charged with one count of possession of child pornography, one count of making available child pornography, and breach of recognizance.

Gerald Legere, 62, of Campbellville is charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of making available child pornography.
