(MUNSEE-DELAWARE, ON) – Individual arrested and charged after break-and-enter to business in Munsee-Delaware.
On January 1, 2026, at 7:21 a.m., members of the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation and Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an alarm call at a business on Chippewa Road, Munsee-Delaware First Nation.
As police arrived on scene an individual was observed within the building at which time they were placed under arrest.
As a result, David FRENCH, a 44-year-old of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in London on February 24, 2026.
