(KINCARDINE, ON) – On January 6, 2026, at approximately 6:21 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspected impaired driver entering a business property along Tie Road, Municipality of Kincardine.
Police attended the location and found the vehicle in question. The investigating officer spoke with the driver and detected signs of impairment. They were taken into custody and transported for further testing.
Cory GALE, 47-years-old, of Repentigny, Quebec, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on February 18, 2026, to answer to the charge.
