(ADMASTON BROMLEY TWP, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a two-vehicle collision involving a minivan and a school bus in Admaston Bromley Township.
The UOV OPP were called to the collision at the intersection of Snake River Line and Stoqua Creek Road at approximately 7:50 a.m. on February 6, 2025. Preliminary investigation indicates that the bus was attempting a turn on to Snake River Line from Stoqua Creek Road when it collided with the minivan on Snake River Line.
The driver of the minivan sustained minor injuries and was assessed by Renfrew County Paramedics at the scene. The bus driver and 12 student passengers on the bus were not injured. A replacement bus arrived on scene at approximately 8:15 a.m. to transport the students to school.
The investigation is ongoing.
