(RAINY RIVER, ON) – Officers from the Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged one individual for arson, following a structure fire in the Town of Rainy River.
On Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at approximately 10:47 pm, officers were dispatched to a structure fire on River Avenue in the Town of Rainy River. Frontline patrol officers assisted, by a Scene of Crime Officer began an investigation into the fire, which resulted in the arrest of.
Nicole-Marie BOS, 30 years old, from Rainy River Ontario, has been arrested and charged with the following offence:
- Arson – Disregard for Human Life, Contrary to Section 433(a) of the Criminal Code.
The accused was held in custody and will next appear in front of the Ontario Court of Justice Fort Frances, on October 4th, 2024.
