(GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is providing an update regarding the search for missing person James VAN VEEN, 64 years old, of Georgian Bluffs.
On March 25, 2026, shortly after 9:30 a.m., search teams located the body of the missing male within the Inglis Falls Conservation Area. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, foul play is not suspected. No further information will be provided regarding this matter.
The OPP wishes to thank members of the public, partner agencies, and volunteers who assisted throughout the search efforts.
Out of respect for the family, the OPP is asking community members to remove any photos or images of Mr. VAN VEEN that have been circulated online during the search period.
