(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 6, 2024, at approximately 1:49 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break & enter to a farm property along Highway 9, Municipality of Kincardine.
As a result of the investigation, the South Bruce OPP arrested and charged one individual.
Michael WHITEHEAD, 30-years-old from Kincardine was charged with:
- Break & Enter, CC 348(1)(a)
- Mischief Under $5,000, CC 430(4)
- Fail to comply with probation, CC 733.1(1)
