On September 18, 2025, at 6:30pm, police were dispatched to Exmouth Street near Indian Road, where a male was reported stumbling into traffic and appeared under the influence of an intoxicant. Patrols were made, but the male was not located.
At 7:14pm, police were called to a retailer in the 500 block of Exmouth Street for a male inside the store causing a disturbance and yelling. While inside the store, the male was attempting to conceal items on his person, making no attempt to pay for anything as he left the store. However, his photo ID fell out of his pocket as he exited.
Further reports were received of the same male outside of a bank, located in the same plaza, where the male was behaving erratically and harassing pedestrians.
At 7:55pm, police were dispatched to Colborne and Exmouth Streets regarding a male (again) stumbling into traffic. Despite patrols, the male was not located due to heavy foot traffic in the area.
At 8:52pm, EMS located an unconscious male on a London Road sidewalk. He awoke upon contact but was heavily intoxicated, refused medical treatment. Police attended and placed the male under arrest.
Investigation revealed that the male was bound by two active Probation Orders with Keep the Peace and Be of Good Behaviour conditions.
Cyrus WADE (21 years) of no fixed address, was held for bail on charges of:
- Causing a Disturbance
- Fail to Comply with Probation x2 (KPBGB)
Following his bail hearing, the court released WADE with conditions.
