Kyle BROWNLEE – Drunk Driving

(LANARK HIGHLANDS TWP, ON) – The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Lanark Highlands Township resident with impaired driving.

Officers while on patrol on 2nd Concession Dalhousie in Lanark Highlands Township conducted a traffic stop on Monday, March 3, 2026, just after 9:30 p.m.

The driver was arrested and transported to the OPP Detachment in Perth for testing.

As a result of the investigation, Kyle BROWNLEE, 38-years-old, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Monday, April 13, 2026.

The individual’s driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days (Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
