Justine GOODLAND-MCNEILL Arrested Following Collision

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – Driver facing Impaired driving charge after collision in Lucan-Biddulph.

On December 14, 2025, at 7:59 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to Richmond Street in Lucan-Biddulph, for the report of vehicle that left the road, entered the ditch and rolled.

There were no injuries reported.

As a result, Justine GOODLAND-MCNEILL, a 30-year-old of Lucan, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London to speak to the charges on January 27, 2026.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
