(SOUTH WEST OXFORD, ON) – An individual from Woodstock is facing impaired driving related charges following a collision.
On January 3, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a collision at the intersection of Foldens Line and Clarke Road, in the Township of South West Oxford. It was reported that two vehicles had collided, where one failed to remain on scene.
Police subsequently located the vehicle on Clarke Road. There were no reported injuries because of the collision.
Jordan TEED, 33-years-old, of Woodstock, is charged with:
· Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and drugs
· Dangerous Operation
· Fail to remain
· Follow too closely
· Disobey stop sign – Fail to stop
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a 7-Day Vehicle Impound was initiated as per statute.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 7, 2026.
