(HALDIMAND COUNTY) – A driver was arrested and charged following a traffic complaint in Haldimand County.
On March 16, 2026, at approximately 12:25 a.m., an individual was arrested following a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Argyle Street, Caledonia.
Jessica MAHOVLICH, 40-years-old of Caledonia has been charged with the following offences:
· Operation While Impaired
· Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on May 5, 2026.
