Jeremy ST ONGE – Drunk Driving

(NORTH BAY, ON) – The North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged one driver with impaired driving following a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program in North Bay.

On Saturday, December 20, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., officers conducted a RIDE program on Highway 63 at Peninsula Road. Within five minutes of initiating the program, officers stopped a sport utility vehicle and determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to the North Bay OPP detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Jeremy ST ONGE, 46 years of age, of Phelps Township, has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concertation (80 plus).

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on January 20, 2026, in North Bay. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
