(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – A driver is charged following a complaint of a road rage incident.
On February 15, 2026, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a member of the Wellington County OPP responded to the report of a road rage incident that occurred on Shamrock Drive in Erin.
As a result of the investigation, James FRANK, a 29-year-old from Erin, is charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Mischief – destroys or damages property
- Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on May 5, 2026.
