Hanover Haven For Criminals – Police Protect Criminals Not Community

On Monday, May 19^th, 2025, members of the Hanover Police Service responded to a mischief complaint in the 100 block of 10^th Street. Through investigation, police determined a 45-year-old man of no fixed address threw a rock at the window of a parked vehicle. The window was broken as a result. Hanover Police located the man and arrested him for Mischief. He was further charged with breaching the terms of his probation (failure to keep the peace). The man was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Walkerton.
