Francis MILLER Was Arrested

(BROCKTON, ON) – On May 17, 2025, at approximately 11:25 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along McNab Street, Municipality of Brockton.

While speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported for further testing.

Francis MILLER, 69-years-old, resident of Brockton, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear on June 25, 2025, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
