In July 2025, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) notified the Sarnia Police Service that a local business; Triple Eh Brews was operating under a false Manufacturer’s Licence. Triple Eh Brews were using the false licence to operate at summer festivals and markets throughout Ontario as well as using online delivery services (Uber Eats and Door Dash) to sell their illegally manufactured alcohol. Uber Eats and Door Dash are regulated by the AGCO. As such the AGCO were able to prohibit Triple Eh Brews from using the delivery services within Ontario.
The Sarnia Police Service Intelligence Unit commenced an investigation and learned that the owner of Triple Eh Brews; Adrian AYODELLE was operating an illegal distillery in the City of Sarnia.
On September 18th 2025, members of the Intelligence Unit, Emergency Response Team (ERT), Major Case Action Team (MCAT), Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and Forensic Identification Service (FIS) executed Criminal Code and Provincial Offences Act search warrants at a Lanark Drive residence and a Green Street commercial building.
During the search warrants, police seized the following:
- Counterfeit Manufacturer’s Licences (posted within the distillery)
- 288 bottles of illegally manufactured alcohol.
- Distillery equipment
- A point of sale machine
- Digital devices and printer

Adrian AYODELLE (35 years) of Lanark Cr. in Sarnia was released on an Undertaking and Provincial Offences Act Part III Summonses, charged with the following offences:
- Uttering forged document (two counts)
- Possession of a counterfeit mark
- Keep for sale, offer for sale, or sell liquor, contrary to the Liquor License and Control Act, 2019
- Unlawfully possessing liquor, contrary to the Liquor License and Control Act, 2019
This investigation is ongoing, and police are aware that Triple Eh Brews were still unlawfully using online delivery services. Police are seeking any additional information regarding the illegal distillery operations.
