- Fail to wear proper helmet
- Fail to surrender evidence of insurance
- Fail to wear proper clothing while hunting

OPP officers have the legal right to demand a breath sample from any driver during a traffic stop under Mandatory Alcohol Screening (MAS), even without signs of impairment.
MAS became law in Canada on December 18, 2018, under amendments to the Criminal Code.
It allows police officers to demand a roadside breath test from any driver, regardless of whether they show signs of impairment such as slurred speech or alcohol odour.
OPP officers are legally empowered to conduct MAS during any lawful traffic stop, including routine checks for speeding, seatbelt use, or expired registration.
They do not need reasonable suspicion or probable cause to request a breath sample.
Officers must have an Approved Screening Device (ASD) on hand to administer the test.
Refusing a breath test under MAS can lead to criminal charges, license suspension, and vehicle impoundment.
MAS is not optional-once stopped, drivers must comply with the breath test request.
