Christian BOSAK – Fraud, Drugs, Etc.

(NEW TECUMSETH, ON) – As a result of an ongoing police investigation, members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), with the assistance of the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) have arrested and charged an individual in connection to a fraud investigation.

On February 9, 2026, shortly after 12:00 p.m., police were dispatched to a fraud incident located at the Trillium Ford Dealership in the Town of New Tecumseth. The complainant advised Police that there was an appointment set for February 10, 2026, for an individual to pickup a brand new 2026 Lincoln Navigator Sierra SUV, valued at $143,000. The suspect had purchased the vehicle using falsified identification and had placed a down payment using a credit card that did not belong to them.

On February 10, 2026, shortly after 4:30 p.m. Officers, knowing that the suspect would be attending the dealership to pick up the purchased vehicle, attended the dealership and arrested the suspect.

As a result of the investigation, Christian BOSAK, a 52-year-old of Niagara Falls was charged with the following:

  • Fraud Over $5000
  • Theft Over $5000 of a Motor Vehicle
  • Personation with Intent – intent to obtain property (identity Fraud)
  • Two counts of, Use, deals, acts on forged document
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Other Drugs
