(LEAMINGTON, ON) -OPP arrest two persons in a late-night break and enter to a storage area.
On January 15, 2026, at 11:19 p.m., members of the Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a fenced in storage area in the 600 block of Mersea Road 8 in the Municipality of Leamington for the report of a break and enter in progress.
As a result of the investigation,
Brendan MARENTETTE, 28-years-old of Tilbury was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
- Theft Under $5000
- Possession Break In Instruments
Dwayne WOODCOCK, 44-years-old of Tilbury was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
- Theft Under $5000
- Possession Break In Instruments
Both accused were scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on April 9, 2026, to answer to the charges.
