Chatham-Kent, Ontario: On March 25, 2024 at 8:20 p.m., the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a robbery on Fairview Line near Communication Road, in Chatham.
Two individuals, wearing disguises and brandishing a weapon, forcefully entered a residence, and demanded money. Varies items were taken by the individuals. The homeowners were not injured in the incident and have been provided with supports.
Officers conducted a perimeter search of the area, utilizing the K9 unit and the drone. The suspects remain outstanding.
The Criminal Investigation Branch is actively investigating the incident and gathering information. We are urging anyone in the area with surveillance cameras to check their footage.
