Anthony DOXTATOR Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(ONEIDA NATION OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION, ON) – Driver charged with impaired as a result of Oneida Nation Police RIDE Program.

On March 1, 2026, at 4:04 p.m., members of the Oneida Nation Police were engaged in a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on River Road in Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation.

A vehicle approached the RIDE program at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex County OPP Detachment.

As a result, Anthony DOXTATOR, a 45-year-old of Munsee-Delaware First Nation, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code (four counts)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London on April 13, 2026, to speak to the charges.

The Oneida Nation Police and Middlesex OPP want to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Oneida Nation Police, Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
