The Guelph Police Service is investigating after more than $2,000 in cosmetics were stolen from a south-end business.
Just after 12:30 p.m. Monday, police were called about a theft which had just occurred. A man entered a business near Stone Road West and Scottsdale Drive, walked to the health and beauty aisle and loaded a reusable shopping bag with product before walking out of the business.
He was described as white, early 30s with a slim build. He was wearing a white sweatshirt, black pants, grey Crocs, a white baseball cap with white brim and black shoulder bag and carrying a green reusable shopping bag. He was seen getting into the passenger side of a grey sedan, possibly a BMW.
