Charge Laid Following Domestic Disturbance
On April 20, 2026, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Port Hope Police responded to a Walton Street residence for a reported disturbance.
Following an investigation, a 37-year-old Port Hope woman was charged with Assault – Spousal. She was arrested and later released on an Undertaking with conditions.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on June 3, 2026.
