Drug Bust – WEBSTER, KEHOE & NEADOW

(CENTRAL FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP, ON) – Three people face charges after a drug seizure in Sharbot Lake.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) began an investigation in late 2025 into drug trafficking in the area.

On Monday, March 30, 2026, officers from the CSCU, assisted by the OPP Emergency Response Team and Frontenac Detachment officers, executed a search warrant at a residence on Gordon Crescent in Sharbot Lake.

Two people were arrested at the scene, with a third person being arrested in the area after they fled on foot. Officers seized more than 320 grams of suspected methamphetamine and over 63 grams of suspected cocaine. They also seized over $1600 in cash, as well as items typically associated with drug trafficking. (photo attached)

Martin WEBSTER, age 61 of Central Frontenac Township and Mallary KEHOE, age 36 of Kingston, are each charged with:

  • Possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – two counts
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000

KEHOE is also charged with failing to comply with a probation order.

Bryan NEADOW, age 45 of Parham has been charged with:

  • Operation while prohibited under the criminal code
  • Failure to comply with a probation order

All three of the accused were held in custody and are scheduled to appear for bail hearings before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
