Gehrig HALLIDAY – Drunk Driving

(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON) – A single-vehicle collision resulted in minor injuries and impaired driving charges.

On March 22, 2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) came across a vehicle in the ditch, while on general patrol, on Oxford Road 29.

The lone occupant sustained minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, Gehrig HALLIDAY a 27-year-old resident of Plattsville, was charged with:

·      Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle

·      Operation While Impaired

·      Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Woodstock, on May 5, 2026.
