(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) – A traffic complaint has resulted in the arrest of an impaired driver.
On March 6, 2026, at approximately 7:15 p.m., members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of London Line and Forest Road.
Police located the vehicle on Oil Heritage Road, north of London Line, where a traffic stop was conducted.
As a result of the investigation, Myles FITZPATRICK, a 59-year-old of Warwick Township, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused has been released from police custody is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on April 13, 2026, in the City of Sarnia.
