(LEAMINGTON, ON) – A driver has been charged following a traffic stop in Leamington.
At approximately 9:21 p.m. on March 8, 2026, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Erie St. S. in the Municipality of Leamington.
Jeffrey PENNER, 20-year-old from Leamington was charged with the following Highway Traffic Act offence:
- Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt – Excessive Speed
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on May 25, 2026 to answer to the charge.
The driver’s license has been suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle has been impounded for 14 days.
