Peter WALL – Drunk Driving

(LONDON, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after traffic stop.

On February 16, 2026, at 12:17 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while travelling through the City of London on Sunningdale Road East, observed a suspicious vehicle, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Peter WALL, a 46-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Dangerous operation

The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in London on March 13, 2026, to speak to the charges.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
