Diane Tuttle – Drunk Driving

(DRUMMOND-NORTH ELMSLEY TWP, ON) – The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Drummond-North Elmsley resident with impaired driving.

On Saturday, February 14, 2026, Lanark County OPP officers responded to a complaint of a vehicle in the ditch on Hands Road in Drummond-North Emsley Township. Officers located the vehicle just after 9:30 p.m.

After speaking with the female, the driver was arrested and transported to the OPP Detachment in Perth for testing.

As a result of the investigation, Diane Tuttle, 69-years-old, has been charged with:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Monday, March 23, 2026.

The individual’s driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days (Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
