(HALDIMAND COUNTY) – A driver was arrested and charged following a traffic stop in Haldimand County.
On Saturday January 31, 2026, at approximately 1:15 a.m., members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Haldimand County Highway 54, Cayuga.
Christopher BIERI, 42-years-old of Fisherville has been charged with the following:
- Operation While Impaired
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a fourteen-day vehicle impoundment was initiated for the driver as per statute.
