(KINGSVILLE, ON) – One person has been charged following a traffic stop in Kingsville.
On January 22, 2026, at approximately 12:28 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on County Road 29 near Road 3 in the Town of Kingsville.
Julia RODRIGUES, 29-years-old of Harrow was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offence:
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on March 6, 2026, to answer to the charges.
