Sean LEVEILLE Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(THUNDER BAY, ON) – One individual has been arrested and charged following a drug trafficking investigation in the area.

On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, members of the Thunder Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) located and arrested one individual with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT). Officers also executed a search warrant at a Thunder Bay residence where additional drugs and paraphernalia were seized.

The search and arrest resulted in the seizure of suspected cocaine, oxycodone pills, cell phones, and Canadian currency.

Total value of drugs and property seized is estimated to be worth over $20,000.

As a result of the investigation, Sean LEVEILLE, a 44-year-old from Thunder Bay, is charged under the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a schedule I substance – opioid
  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court (9)

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay at a later date.
