The deadline for nominations for the municipal election has passed, and to joy to everyone that has been paying attention this last decade Brock Vodden, James Campbell and Ray Hallahan are not running in the election. This nearly completes the purge of the corruption at Town Hall. The current Public Works director needs to resign immediately before the new council fires his ass in the fall. Nearly all other senior staff have already fled Town Hall like rats leaving a sinking ship.
Those running in this election should be praised for standing up to the corruption in North Huron. Several victims of reeve neil vincent’s corrupt regime are running in this coming election. Please consider voting for those that have had the courage to stand up and go toe-to-toe with corrupt senior staff and police in North Huron. Without their court battles, trials and arrests the corruption would have remained hidden and the Wingham Police would be staying and expanding. If you haven’t stood up for someone’s Rights lately, vote for someone who has.
