Trevor Leblanc – Drunk Driving, 90 Day Licence Suspension

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday June 03, 2012, around 1:30 p.m., Perth County OPP officers in Listowel were dispatched to a complaint of two trucks “mudding” on the south end of town.

Officers located two mud covered trucks in the area of Wallace Avenue South and Rocher Rd. This is an area still under construction with non assumed roads. While speaking to one of the drivers, it was determined that he was disqualified from driving and was breaching his probation order. The other driver failed a roadside breath test and also failed subsequent Intoxilyzer breath tests at the Palmerston OPP Detachment.

Terry Legg (28) of Elmira has been charged with “drive disqualified”, and with “breach of probation order”. He is scheduled to appear in Listowel Court on July 11, 2012, to answer to these charges. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

Trevor Leblanc (28) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear in Listowel Court on July 11, 2012, to answer to this charge. He was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle towed and impounded for 7 days.
