Timothy MACKENZIE – Over 80

(LONDON, ON) – On December 1, 2017, at approximately 1:40 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to investigate a vehicle pulled over on the shoulder of Provincial Highway 401, City of London.

Officers determined that the 37-year-old male driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests.

As a result of the police investigation, Timothy MACKENZIE, of Arkona, has been charged with Care and Control While Impaired and Care and Control Over 80 mgs. pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).

The accused’s vehicle has been seized for 7 days and his driver’s licence suspended for 90 days.

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on January 10, 2018.
