(WEST PERTH, ON) – Members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating the theft of 2 All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s) from a rural residence that occurred during the late morning hours of March 15, 2019 in the Municipality of West Perth.
Kody JOHNSON 30-years-old, of the Municipality of West Perth was arrested and charged with;
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
He was held for a Bail Hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on March 20, 2019 to answer the charges.
