(Township of Perth East, ON) – On Wednesday, the 23rd of January, 2019, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit, with the assistance of Perth County OPP, seized a quantity of methamphetamine from a vehicle in Perth East, Perth County, Ontario. Police also seized offence related property that consisted of drug trafficking paraphernalia and the motor vehicle.
As a result of this seizure, police have arrested and charged the following people with possession for the purposes of trafficking methamphetamine:
Kody JOHNSON, 30-years old of the Municipality of West Perth
Shannon MONTGOMERY, 33-years old of the Municipality of West Perth
Thomas BARRY 36-years old of the Municipality of South Huron
(Municipality of West Perth, ON) – On the 24th of January, 2019, the (OPP) Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant on Ontario Road in West Perth. As a result of the execution of the Search Warrant, police seized methamphetamine and further drug trafficking paraphernalia.
The combined, estimated value of the seized Controlled Substances is $28,654.00.
All three arrested persons were held for Bail Hearings in Stratford.
