Hall Of Shamers Arrested In Methamphetamine Bust – FEDDES & STOLL

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A traffic stop earlier this week for an equipment violation has resulted in a significant drug seizure for Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

Shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 a Huron County OPP officer observed a pickup truck travelling westbound on Black’s Point Road near Huron Road. The officer noticed the attached trailer had no functioning red lights to the rear. As a result, the investigating officer initiated a traffic stop and pulled the driver over.

While speaking with the occupants officers noticed open containers of alcohol inside the truck. Accordingly, a search of the vehicle was conducted and a quantity of suspected methamphetamine and associated drug paraphernalia was found in the vehicle.

The driver, Stephen FEDDES, 47 years of age from Central Huron has been charged with several traffic related offences: No Red Light to Rear of Trailer, Improper Number Plate Light, Fail to Surrender Permit for Trailer, Insecure Load and Have Care & Control of a Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available. He will have to attend Provincial Court in Goderich later this spring to answer to the charges.

The passenger, David STOLL, 52 years of age from Thedford was charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking. He has already made a court appearance and a conviction was registered.
